"Capacity Building in States Parties" is the budget line voted by the World Heritage Committee under the World Heritage Fund for the period 2022-2023, to implement activities at both the regional and international levels to address the needs of World Heritage practitioners, institutions and other networks and communities. Such activities are implemented in the framework of the World Heritage Capacity-Building Strategy approved by the World Heritage Committee at its 35th session (UNESCO, 2011) (Decision 35 COM 9B).
