"Periodic Reporting" is the budget line voted by the World Heritage Committee under the World Heritage Fund for the period 2022-2023, to implement the Third Cycle of Periodic Reporting (2018-2024). As one of the main statutory processes for the 1972 World Heritage Convention, the exercise is a self-assessment tool that allows States Parties to share information on the application of the Convention at all levels. Activities funded under this budget line include the development of communication materials and their dissemination, preparation of regional reports and Action Plans through coordination and support to States Parties.
