Project ID 199GLO4041

Under the overall coordination of the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Education in Santiago and funded by the generous support of the Netherlands to the ICH Fund, this project focuses on implementing, and evaluating pilot projects in Ecuador, Guatemala, Peru and Chile to demonstrate how living heritage can effectively be integrated in education programs. The project will facilitate the integration of ICH in formal and non-formal education and policy dialogue, thereby contributing to Target 4.7. It will also strengthen teachers and educators' capacities in this new area and promote the sharing of information and lessons learned among policymakers and practitioners at the regional level.
