The project proposes to develop and pilot learning tools/pedagogies on the integration of LH in non-formal education in the Community Learning Centers in Nepal and Thailand aiming to strengthen the safeguarding and transmission of ICH, improve the relevance of education programmes and promote community well-being social cohesion and SD. In Benin the project proposes to bring schools closer to communities and their social and cultural environment, to enhance the generational transmission of living heritage and to improve the academic performance of learners. The first pilot phase will help evaluate and consolidate this method and approach before applying it to other regions.
