Jointly with the Ministry of Education of Ecuador and the Education Workgruop of the GTRM (R4V) platform. A Multi Year Programme has been designed in order to promote access to education for migrant and refugee populations from Venezuela in Ecuador. This Multi Year Programme gives continuity to the First Emergency Response (FER) programme, financed by Education Cannot Wait (ECW) during 2019 and 2020. In the FER UNESCO acted as a Subgrantee.
