Development of the Guinea Bissau teacher policy document to support the improvement of teachers' governance and management as well as the quality and coherence of initial and in-service teacher training in Guinea Bissau. The project has two components: (i) The situation analysis on the teacher issue in Guinea Bissau; et (ii) the development and validation of a teacher policy document and a budgeted strategy for the implementation of a limited number of priority options to be implemented in the short or medium term.
