Project ID 201PHI3000

Department of Education and UNICEF Philippines are requesting the expertise of UNESCO to build capacity and understand the best ways to integrate Futures Literacy into the education programme across the Philippines. The Education Futures Programme is designed with a greater flexibility to imagine and innovate DepEd's interventions to basic education's challenges. It will adopt multidisciplinary approaches and multi-stakeholder collaboration, and integrate scenario-building to policymaking and program development, and will advocate insights and recommendations grounded on futures thinking in the work of other DepEd offices and relevant government agencies.
