Project ID 218MOZ1000

Within the implementation of the UN-Joint programme "Action for Girls and Young Women in Mozambique: Strengthening Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights" funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), UNESCO will provide leadership on the implementation of Comprehensive sexuality education (CSE), which contributes to young people's development. This project will support the Ministry of Education and Human Development (MINEDH) up to 2019 to strengthen the implementation of CSE curricula, where a number of elected teachers will be trained as trainers of teachers, using a comprehensive curriculum that effectively addresses HIV and SRH.
