Acknowledging the regressive impact on the progress towards SDG 4 due to COVID 19 especially on the learning of vulnerable and marginalized learners, UNESCO BGK and UNESCO KTM will implement following activities: 1) strengthening legal frameworks, policies, plans and strategies to support vulnerable and marginalized groups' access to inclusive quality learning opportunities, both formal and non-formal including their return to school and foster safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments for all to ensure their learning; 2) developing regional knowledge and information to promote social and education inclusion; and 3) strengthening networks and partnerships to foster inclusive education policy environments.
