The work supports transformative education interventions through ESD and GCED by expanding activities conducted during the 2020-21 biennium in the Pacific SIDS. On ESD, building on the teaching and learning resources developed and launched in 2021 and based on plans developed by countries, it supports further dissemination of ESD resources, and capacity building on integration of ESD in curriculum and teacher training and professional development. Awareness raising and creating better understanding on GCED would be supported for incorporation in education programming and curriculum. Engagement of youth would be explored in awareness raising and actions in ESD and GCED.
