Project ID 2210152011

This intervention is to support South Sudan to provide training and support to its teachers to effectively address learning loss in schools through building their capacity to make realistic and workable adjustments to instruction and instructional strategies based on the learner-specific learning needs. Teachers reached by the intervention are able to determine key learning standards and contents that are critical to future learning and have not been fully mastered by their learners; assess learners for need for extra help to address prior learning gaps and full mastery of new content; and design instructional strategies that facilitate effective provision of interventions based on learners-specific needs.
