In response to COVID-19 pandemic and shared needs to increase preparedness to more versatile teaching and learning in quality, Pacific states are implementing teacher upgrading and continuous professional development. The workplan supports regional teacher's resource development and training of teacher trainers (TOT) in the Pacific on use of multimedia and teaching resources, deepening understanding on pedagogy and linkages with learning objectives/outcomes, gaining knowledge and practical skills to support children with disabilities/learning difficulties, and use of feedback and assessment in online and blended learning settings, among other topics that may be of interest to member states.
