Project ID 2210155012

The Education Sector of the UNESCO Office in Guatemala, in alliance with other educational institutions in the country, will support the professional development of teachers through their participation in communities of practice aimed to the design of innovative proposals based on their successful experiences during the closure of schools. Likewise, it will be promoted that teacher's communities of practice address their mental health and socio-emotional support of their students. To this end, a participatory compilation, systematization and pooling of innovative initiatives successfully implemented in the context of the pandemic by Guatemalan school leaders and teachers will be carried out.
