With technical and professional support of UNESCO, the MOEST has developed SDG 4: Nepal National Framework to ensure inclusive and equitable access to quality education and promote lifelong learning for all. Based on this document and following the request from the government (MoEST), UNESCO has also provided technical support to develop the IEMIS training package to develop the capacity of local and provincial education officials for data collection, analysis and reporting of SDG4 targets and indicators to incorporate NFE in IEMIS. Now there is a need to disseminate NNF and provide training to the relevant stakeholders for incorporating NFE in IEMIS..
