The activities planned under ED8 will be aligned to UNESCO Strategy on Technological Innovation in Education (2022-2025), and will be guided by the humanistic vision to the use of technology in education. The activities aim to steer the digital transformation of education through leveraging technology to accelerate the achievement of SDG 4 and to enable the future forms of learning. UNESCO will reinforce its role of observatory of technological innovation in education and enhance the role of capacity development.
