This programme aims to promote digital transformation for inclusive, flexible, effective, and relevant learning in Asia and the Pacific through (1) evidence-based research, (2) development and dissemination of technical documents, (3) capacity-building activities, and (4) experience and information sharing activities. It will facilitate the establishment of a favorable eco-system at policy (system), institution (school/TVET institution), and faculty (teacher) levels involving all stakeholders. The outputs will contribute to the improvement of access, quality, and equity across different types and levels of learning, including school education, TVET and higher education in Asia and the Pacific.
