This proposition aims at strengthening capacities to enhance youth resilience to address the challenges faced by women and girls with regard to natural hazards and climate change and play a role in disaster risk reduction, resilience and recovery efforts. Youth action will support Haiti needs to develop a comprehensive and integrated approach to improve their capacity to prepare for, prevent, mitigate and manage disasters in a timely and efficient manner.
