Project ID 2210253031

The COVID pandemic has highlighted the preponderant and unavoidable role of new digital technologies in the resilience of societies and economies to such crises. The proper use of these technologies depends on the capacity of humanity to assimilate their content and use them to innovate adequate solutions for the sustainable and inclusive development of societies. The development of these technologies in the Maghreb countries is experiencing significant dynamism, but it has not yet reached the stage required for a digital transformation of the economies of these countries. The activities proposed in this Bienium aim to promote STI in the Maghreb countries through the strengthening of policies and capacities, as well as the improvement of digital education.
