This activity will promote the basic sciences through the building of strong networks and the establishment of scientific hubs in SEE and the Mediterranean where intellectual and technology transfer can take place. The Regional Bureau will promote regional cooperation and research in the basic sciences and improve institutional and human capacity in the basic sciences to achieve sustainable development in SEE and Med countries.
