The project aims to harness intercultural competencies for promoting the respect of cultural diversity and equality and for fighting against discrimination and inner bias in post-conflict and peacebuilding contexts. Interdisciplinary expert consultations will be organised to further explore the potential of intercultural competencies development for conflict prevention, with the production of a new instrument or guide according to the recommendations.
