The Management of Social Transformations Programme (MOST) will produce an annual flagship report on inclusive and resilient societies in partnership with the International Center for Social and Human Sciences in Barcelona will contribute to foster the necessary changes to the intellectual underpinnings of the economic and social policy thinking of Member States to deliver better for people, particularly the most vulnerable, with a strong focus on the gendering of contemporary inequalities, including the empowerment of women.
