Project ID 2210434011

This workstream builds on UNESCO's programming to engage men and boys in gender equality in India (2019-2021). Responding to the needs, priorities, and demand identified in this first phase of implementation, UNESCO's Social and Human Sciences sector (SHS) will build a follow-on/up programme, 'Transforming MEN-talities II' to strengthen a) knowledge on the behavioural, institutional, and structural factors which enable interventions to engage men and boys for gender equality to be successful; 2) the scale and reach of operational activities to engage men and boys for gender equality within educational and community settings; and 3) the networks available to encourage peer-learning, good practice sharing, and coordination around engaging men and boys for gender equality in India.
