UNESCO will strengthen the capacities of, and facilitate collaboration among, youth-related stakeholders (youth, policymakers, parliamentarians, private sector actors and technical experts) to promote youth development and civic engagement at national and at grassroots level. Based on UNESCO's youth policy toolkit, multistakeholder trainings and dialogue workshops engaging these actors will be delivered as a means to design and roll-out national and/or grassroots action plans on holistic youth development and civic engagement.
