Taking into account that Indonesia is an internationally recognized leader in the digital transformation process, UNESCO Jakarta Office will seek to work in close collaboration with Indonesia and other ASEAN countries in the cluster to promote the values and principles of the Recommendation on the Ethics of AI. UNESCO will expand its capacity building and policy support activities by partnering with universities and research institutions. UNESCO will also seek to leverage its knowledge tools to evaluate and map out ethical risks and assists member states with AI policies.
