Project ID 2210513031

Palestine has three World Heritage properties in addition to 14 sites on the Tentative List. Endorsed conservation and management plans of these sites have drawn action plans to enhance their conservation and management. Furthermore, projects targeting the protection and conservation of Tentative List sites are being implemented involving youth as key actors. In this context, this work plan will complement as needed the conservation interventions implemented through voluntary contributions (including in the Anthedon Harbor and Tell es-Sultan), and to raise awareness of youth about WH properties and engage them in the effective management and conservation of heritage sites in the framework of the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the 1972 Convention.
