Project ID 2210542061
The UNESCO Regional Office for Southern Africa will support eight Southern African countries covered by the Regional Office, namely Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe, in implementing the 2003 Convention and support the efforts of South Africa to ratify this standard-setting instrument in order to promote the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage for sustainable development and lasting peace in the region.
