Ce biennium initiera des actions innovantes pour soutenir les politiques publiques dans des nouveaux Etats Parties à la Convention tel que le Cabo Verde et accompagner l'élaboration des rapports périodiques nationaux en Gambie et Niger, poursuivre les actions fortes d'appui à l'égalité des genres et le soutien aux femmes créatrices avec une couverture régionale et enfin continuer l'accompagnement des Etat Membres dans le renforcement de la résilience du secteur culturel et créatif dans un contexte de pandémie de COVID 19.
