This project aims to recognize creativity as a strategic factor for sustainable development of cities and public spaces within it. It will enhance initiatives to make creativity an essential component of urban development. The project will consider both UCCN and other cities, such as Ensenada, Mexico City, San Cristobal, Morelia, Puebla, Guadalajara (part of UCCN), or Guanajuato (WHL) and Mazatlán ("Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California", WHL), among others. To strengthen cultural diversity, it will mainstream the integration of creativity into local development plans. The project will reinforce the adoption of SDG's to develop creativity in the cities. In addition, it will contribute to stablish a wide framework to improve access and participation in cultural life.
