Support the engagement of media stakeholders in advocacy activities involving Member States to promote Freedom of Expression, Right to Access Information online and offline and the safeguarding of the Safety of Journalists in South Asia. Implementation will be in line with the UN Plan of Action on the safety of Journalists and the Issue of Impunity as well as a strong focus on promoting a gendered media and the ROAM principles for Internet Universality.
