UNESCO will assist Member States in developing inclusive and human rights based policies that enable them to harness the opportunities offered by the digital innovation and transformation, while addressing key challenges embedded in the development and use of digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). To promote digital inclusion, digital public goods, digital rights and digital competencies, UNESCO will support multistakeholder policy making processes, provide policy advice for green digital transformation and support the development of capacities of policy makers for inclusive and human rights based digital governance.
