This proposal has two objectives. Firstly, to make the necessary adaptations to the current capacity building resources in the use of information for educational planning in order to consolidate them and make them more relevant and appealing to potential donors. Secondly, to implement a resource mobilization strategy focused on governments (national and subnational), and private donors and other international organizations that support governments in improving educational planning and the management and use of data.
