In 2022 -2023, UBRAF supported to strengthen the capacity of universities and colleges campus health facilities to offer a trusted standard package of youth friendly health services for students. Key components included HIV, STI and tuberculosis (TB) education, screening and referral, access to male and female condoms and other contraceptives, medical male circumcision, Sexual and gender-based violence counselling and referral and pregnancy prevention, emergency contraception post abortion care and referral. A total number of 92 health care providers trained in the provision of youth friendly services to students. A total of 212 students successfully underwent training as peer educators.
