The programme will support the implementation of the National Climate Change Learning Strategy (NCCLS) and the creation of an integrative ACE programme in Zambia. It will strengthen the capacities of the energy, forestry, health and agriculture and education sectors to develop integrative and cross sectorial capacity building and educational programmes that ensure the realization of NCD mitigation priorities while achieving strong adaptation, resilience and biodiversity co-benefits.
