Le Projet agro-sylvo-pastorales et piscicoles Intégré pour le Renforcement de la Résilience des Populations et la Restauration des Écosystèmes dans les cercles de : Koulikoro, Bla, San et de Ségou "SABOUGNOUMA" a pour objet non seulement de restaurer les écosystèmes, mais aussi de permettre une agro-écologie climato-intelligente et innovante dans la zone d'intervention. Rappelons que les communes concernées par le présent Projet ont longtemps souffert des effets néfastes de la désertification et des Changements Climatiques.
