Ce projet vise à promouvoir dans deux zones d'intervention du Mali, des pratiques de gestion durable de l'eau, des terres et des forêts tout en offrant des alternatives diversification de moyens de subsistance aux populations vulnérables afin de favoriser l'adaptation et la mitigation des effets du changement climatique. En somme pour une durée de 36 mois, le projet ciblera 400 ménages et profitera à 1200 femmes et 500 jeunes
