This project aims to provide the necessary protection for the urban and heritage core of the devastated parts of the city as the result of 4th of August Beirut Port explosions, in particular strengthening the legal environment for the viable legal protection of the heritage buildings and urban fabric through the provision of international consultancy for the DGA to elaborate the protection and rehabilitation plan of the damaged areas.
