Afin de commémorer le 20e anniversaire du Deuxième Protocole de 1999, un certain nombre d'activités seront organisées en 2019. Ces activités viseront à assister les états membre d'améliorer la mise en œuvre de la Convention de La Haye de 1954 et de ses deux protocoles: 1. Préparer un matériel d'information (information complète sur les mesures procédurales, pratiques et juridique) pour assister les États à mis en œuvre de la Convention de La Haye de 1954 et de ses deux protocoles; 2. Renforcer la capacité du Secrétariat d'améliorer la mise en œuvre.
