The World Academy of Sciences will cooperate with the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India in order to implement new programmes in line with the Academies activities and growing from the strengths of the Academies experiences. The programmes include: science diplomacy workshops, PhD fellowships for students from developing countries, associateships for Indian young scientists, regional meetings including high-level lectures.
