The project is expected to reduce significantly the cases of attacks, violation, violence and abduction of persons with albinism nationwide and particularly in those target provinces, particularly in Zambezia, Tete and Niassa, where more cases of human rights violation of PWA have been registered. Direct beneficiaries include a portion of the approximately 300, including persons with albinism who are members of the four concerned civil society organizations of PWA, journalists from Maputo, Zambezia, Tete and Niassa; community leaders from Zambezia, Niassa and Tete, teachers, judges, nurses, traditional healers, community leaders and police officers.
