Project ID 505RAF4000

This project aims to strengthen the human and institutional capacities of States Parties in Africa to undertake the periodic reporting process under the 2003 Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. Capacity-building support will ensure that country focal points are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to coordinate the periodic reporting process in their countries in line with this revised periodic reporting mechanism. The capacity-building strategy will comprise a series of training activities to be held at regional and subregional levels in 2023.
