Sur financement de backup-GIZ, UNESCO appuiera le Secrétariat technique permanent de la coordination du programme sectoriel éducation, dans le renforcement des capacités des partenaires sociaux en vue d'adopter une stratégie d'apaisement du climat social et de professionnalisation des enseignants. Il est prévu i) l'organisation d'un voyage d'étude au Rwanda - pays identifié pour ses bonnes pratiques; ii) la tenue d'ateliers de conception d'outils / documents cadres; iii) la production d'un guide méthodologique, iv) la mise en place d'une plateforme d'échange et, v) une communication tout au long du processus. Cet appui fait suite à la politique nationale enseignante appuyée par l'UNESCO.
