The project will support TVET agencies, institutions, staff and learners in low to lower-middle income countries (including in Africa and Small Island Developing States) to build their capacity for resilience. The project will deliver capacity building interventions and technical assistance in the fields of digital competence development, entrepreneurial learning and green transition addressing both system-level and institutional level development towards enabling TVET practitioners adopt approaches and use their acquired capabilities to transition to a just and green society and economy.
