This project aims at building the national capacity to assess, advocate for and inform about the status of implementation of access to information (ATI) instruments in seven countries, in order to mobilize duty bearers to introduce/improve policies and practices that increase public access to information. Against this background, this project will support seven countries - Côte d'Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Morocco, Senegal, and Tunisia - to pilot a data collection mechanism.
