This project is the second phase of the project funded by AECID (17-18) aiming to continue strengthening youth digital capacities and their participation in the prevention of violence in El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, and keep supporting policies to incorporate and efficiently use Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), as tools to prevent violence in their countries. It is the starting point of a regional strategy of UNESCO in LAC to promote citizen participation of young people, prevent violence and improve capacities for the use of ICT. The project will implement the outputs of the previous project.
