Pursuant to the resolution adopted by the General Conference at its 40th session to elaborate a recommendation, the preparation of the Recommendation has been launched with a view to present to Member States a draft document at the General Conference in 2021. In order to meet the requirements of the roadmap of the Recommendation process an on-line consultation platform will be developed by UNESCO.
