The NFiT is structured around: • Strategic Orientations of 1992 (i.e. Implementation of the Global Strategy; Education; Technical Cooperation; and Periodic Reporting), • Strategic Objectives of the World Heritage Committee (5C's: Credibility, Conservation, Capacity Building, Communication and Communities), and the World Heritage Goals which have since become the guiding principles for the implementation of the World Heritage Convention.
