La Biennale de Luanda - Forum panafricain pour la culture de la paix est une initiative conjointe de l'UNESCO, de l'Union africaine (UA) et du Gouvernement de l'Angola qui contribue à la mise en œuvre du "Plan d'action en faveur d'une culture de la paix en Afrique.
