La Biennale de Luanda - "Forum panafricain pour la culture de la paix" est une initiative conjointe de l'UNESCO, l'Union africaine (UA) et du gouvernement angolais qui vise à promouvoir la prévention de la violence et la résolution des conflits, en encourageant les échanges culturels en Afrique et le dialogue entre les générations. La troisième édition de la Biennale aura pour thème principal : ÉDUCATION, CULTURE DE LA PAIX ET CITOYENNETÉ AFRICAINE COMME OUTILS DU DÉVELOPPEMENT DURABLE DU CONTINENT.
