The project supports Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana and Senegal to harness the potential of information and communication technologies for quality, equitable and inclusive education in the framework of Sustainable Development Goal 4, the Continental Education Strategy for Africa 2016-2025 and the Qingdao Declaration on ICT. The project has three expected outcomes: 1) Digital pedagogical transformation through ICT-enhanced school models have been promoted and achieved at pilot level by national stakeholders; 2) Teachers have improved their competences and confidence on the pedagogical use of ICT; and 3) Sector-wide initiatives for digital transformation have been adopted, strengthened or implemented.
