Project ID 526RAF1006

UNESCO mobilized extra-budgetary funding from the Government of the Republic of Korea (ROK) to support five selected countries (Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Tanzania and Uganda) in the TVET sector through a phase II of the Better Education for Africa's Rise (BEAR). The project's time-frame is five years (2017-2022) and the overall envisioned budget is 10 million USD. Ms Kim Hongsun will work under the direct supervision of the YLS section chief to oversee BEAR II implementation, coordinate with UNESCO Nairobi office and provide backstopping to country projects coordinators.
